3. Flight Prices & Guarantees

Charter Flights: The price shown on the confirmation invoice will not be subject to any surcharges.

Scheduled Flights: As scheduled airlines reserve the right to increase prices at any time, the price shown on the confirmation invoice will only be guaranteed once full payment is received before the due date.

Government Action: Our fares guarantee may not cover increases due to government actions such as obligations of VAT or passenger levy.

4. Booking Process

No booking will be confirmed unless the required deposit has been received. Once the customer accepts the booking, we collect passenger details and make the reservation with a deposit.

Deposit: After accepting the booking, we charge a deposit based on the agreed price. Deposits are non-refundable if the remaining amount is not paid by the due date.

Balance Payment: After paying the deposit, we send an invoice confirmation with our company bank details and an agreed due date. Once we receive the full amount, we issue the e-ticket.

5. E-Ticket Issuance

E-tickets are sent to customers based on the following criteria:

Passengers travelling after 2 or more months of booking receive the e-ticket within 7 days after full payment.
Passengers travelling after 1 to 4 weeks receive the e-ticket within 24 hours after full payment.
Passengers travelling within one week receive the e-ticket within 3 to 6 hours of full payment.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Refundable tickets are subject to a £30 admin charge per ticket plus airline cancellation charges.

The initial deposit paid to Dream Fare is completely non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be paid until they have been received from the relevant airline or consolidator. This is normally 4 to 5 weeks from the point the tickets are submitted to the airline.

No Show Policy

No show fee: £300. If you miss your flight without informing us, your return or onward flight may be cancelled and the ticket becomes non-refundable and non-changeable.

7. Flight Changes

For changing dates, we charge £20 as our admin charge per passenger plus the date change cost, fare and tax difference costs according to availability.

Date change charges: £150 + fare difference (before or after departure).

Some tickets do not allow any changes. These restrictions are set by the airline and we have no authority to waive them.

Tickets are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted once purchased.

8. Check-In Requirements

All flights must be reconfirmed 72 hours before departure.

First & Business class passengers should check in at least 2 hours before departure.

Economy class passengers should check in at least 3 hours before departure.

Flight boarding closes 60 minutes before takeoff.

9. Passport, Visa & Immigration

Your specific passport and visa requirements and other immigration requirements are your responsibility. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with passport, visa or immigration requirements. Each passenger must possess a valid passport with at least 6 months validity at the date of return.

10. Baggage

Baggage allowances vary by airline. Please check your allowance when booking.

You cannot travel with sharp, pointed or explosive items in carry-on baggage.

We do not accept any claim for lost, stolen or damaged baggage. Contact the relevant airline directly in such cases.
